When you press start, your browser loads the chat straight from Coomeet: the video passes through Coomeet's systems, never through ours, and we cannot see, select or store it. For that reason the site is neither a primary nor a secondary producer under 18 U.S.C. § 2257, and the record-keeping duties of that law and of 28 C.F.R. Part 75 do not apply to it.

Any visual material you may meet in the chat or after following a link comes from a third party. Verifying that everyone on camera is an adult, confirming who they are and storing the legally required records is that operator's job. Questions about those records belong with that operator.
